I'm not in Maryland. Can you still build my site?
Yes. We are based in Towson, Maryland, and we build sites for local businesses in all 50 states. Everything happens on the onboarding call and on your own phone and computer, so where you are does not change anything.
How long until my site is live?
You get a private preview link in days, not months. After your two rounds of edits, the site goes live on your domain with SSL.
Do I need to buy hosting or a domain?
No. Hosting, your domain, SSL and a business email address on your domain are all included with both plans.
Where do my leads go?
Every lead is emailed to you the moment it is sent, and saved to a private lead portal. You log in with your own password and see every lead the site has ever taken.
What if I need changes after the site is live?
Both plans include one hour of maintenance every month: new hours, a changed phone number, fresh photos, copy edits and small changes. Anything bigger, we talk through with you first.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. The Annual plan is $1,290 for the year with no setup fee, which is 10 months of the monthly rate for all 12. The Monthly plan is a one-time $500 setup, then $129 a month, with a 3-month minimum and month to month after that.
