Privacy policy.
This page explains what Local Website Pros collects through this website and what we do with it, in plain language. Last updated November 2026.
What we collect
When you send us a message through this site, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, your business name, your current website address if you give one, which way you would rather pay, whether you are interested in the managed plan, and your message. We also receive the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.
If you simply browse, we collect nothing personal. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the address your device connects from and the pages requested, the way almost every website on the internet does.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to set up your onboarding call, and to build and look after your website if you decide to work with us. Your message is delivered to our team by email and is also stored in a private, password-protected lead list that only our team can open.
What we never do
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it with anyone. We do not add you to any mailing list you did not ask for. Please do not type card numbers, bank details, passwords or Social Security numbers into the contact form; if we ever need something sensitive to set up your site, we will ask for it over the phone or through a secure channel, never through this form.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use a basic analytics tag so we can see how many people visit and which pages help them. It does not identify you by name. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who can see your information
Only the people on our team who need it to answer you, plus the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. Those providers process the information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we might need them to help you, and we delete them when you ask us to. If you become a client, the information you give us for your website is kept for as long as we look after that site.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete anything you have sent us at any time. Use the form on the contact page and tell us what you would like changed; we will confirm when it is done, usually within one business day.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. The policy is written for a US audience, since every business we work with is in the United States.
