We keep your site growing every month.
The managed plan is an upgrade on top of either website plan. Each month our team writes new articles for your site, improves the pages people reach you through, shapes your answers for the tools people ask, and runs a lead-capture widget so a visitor can reach you from any page.
Four kinds of work, done for you.
Your website plan keeps the site online and correct. The managed plan goes further: it gives the site more to say, and makes your business easier to find, understand and contact.
New blog articles
We write fresh articles for your site every month about the work you do and the places you do it. Each one goes up in US spelling, with a real photo we have checked ourselves.
- Topics drawn from your services, towns and seasons
- A checked photo with every article
- Your sitemap and blog page kept current
SEO: getting found in search
Search is where most customers start looking. We keep improving the pages they land on, so the site does a better job of explaining who you are, what you do and where.
- Page titles and descriptions sharpened one by one
- Service and town pages expanded and linked together
- Google Business details kept consistent with the site
AEO: answer-engine optimization
More people now ask a question and read a single reply, from the assistant on their phone or an answer tool on their laptop. AEO shapes your site so those tools can find you, understand you and quote you correctly.
- Clear answers to questions customers really ask
- FAQ content written for your business
- Structured data and facts that agree everywhere
A lead-capture widget
A small panel waits in the corner of every page. A visitor who is ready to talk taps it and leaves a name and phone number right there, instead of hunting for your contact page.
- In reach on every page
- A name and number in a few taps
- Your lead form stays right where it is
Be the business worth quoting.
Picture a homeowner asking their phone which plumber nearby is open on Sunday, or what a gutter cleaning usually involves. More and more often the reply is one answer, read out loud or shown on the screen, not a page of links. The assistants and answer tools that give those replies build them from websites they can read and trust.
Answer-engine optimization is the work of making yours one of those websites. We write direct answers to the questions your customers ask, place them on the right pages, mark them up with structured data, and make sure your name, hours and service area read the same on your site and on your Google Business profile.
The same work helps people as much as it helps the tools. Someone who lands on your site finds the answer quickly, in your own words.

One conversation, then steady work.
You tell us about the business once. After that the work simply happens, and each month builds on the last.
- 01
A call about your business and market
We talk through your services, the towns you want more work in, and the questions customers ask you most. The plan is priced from that conversation, to your business and your market.
- 02
We plan the month
We choose the article topics, the pages to improve and the questions to answer next, starting with what matters most to you right now.
- 03
We do the work on your site
Our team writes and publishes the articles, updates pages and structured data, and keeps the corner widget working. There is nothing for you to upload.
- 04
Then we do it again
Seasons change and new questions come up. Next month we pick up where we left off, so the site keeps pace with your business.
What we will not promise
Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, a mention or a number of calls, so we do not. What we commit to is the work itself, done carefully and on your site every month.
For owners who want more from the site.
The website plan gives you a complete site that stays online and up to date. The managed plan is for owners who want that site working harder, and would rather hand the writing and the search work to someone else.
Every managed plan sits on a site we built and host, like this one for Karnon Automotive. It tends to suit you when:
- You serve several towns and want to be found in each one
- Customers keep asking you the same handful of questions
- Your work changes with the seasons, and the site should too
- You have no time to write, and no wish to learn search

Questions about the managed plan.
How much does the managed plan cost?
It is priced to your business and your market, so there is no single number on this page. A shop that serves one town needs different work from a company that covers twenty. Tell us about yours on the contact form and we will give you a plain quote on the call.
Can I add it to the plan I already have?
Yes. It sits on top of the Annual plan or the Monthly plan. Ask about it on your onboarding call, or after your site has been live for a while.
Do you guarantee rankings or more calls?
No. Search engines and answer tools make their own choices, and anyone who guarantees a position is guessing. We tell you exactly what work we do each month and we do it properly. Results are not something we will promise.
Is AEO different from SEO?
They overlap. SEO is about the list of results someone scrolls through after a search. AEO is about the single reply an assistant or answer tool gives when someone asks it a question. Both depend on a site that is clear, accurate and well organized, which is why we do them together.
Can I write some of the articles myself?
Ask us. If you have a draft you like, we can usually work from it. It gets the same care as the ones we write: US spelling, a photo we have checked, and a place in your sitemap.
Does the widget replace my contact form?
No. Your lead form stays on every key page. The corner widget is one more way in, for the visitor who would rather leave a name and number without leaving the page they are reading.
Ready for a site that keeps growing?
Tell us about your business and the towns you serve. A real person replies within one business day to talk through the managed plan and what it would cost for you.
