Annual is $1,290 for the year with no setup fee. Monthly is $129 a month after a one-time $500 setup, with a 3-month minimum. Either way you get the same hand-built site and one hour of maintenance every month.

Which plan fits

Compare the real cost, year by year.

These totals use the prices above and nothing else. There are no extra fees tucked into either column.

$1,290Annual, first year, no setup fee
$2,048Monthly, first year: $500 setup plus 12 × $129
$1,290Annual, each year after

Annual suits you if you plan to stay

You pay once, skip the setup fee and spend the least overall, starting in year one. If you know you want the site for at least a year, this is the simple choice.

Monthly suits you if cash flow comes first

A smaller payment each month after the setup, with a 3-month minimum and month to month after that. You pay more over a full year, in exchange for spreading it out.

Money questions

Straight answers about paying for your site.

Why does Monthly have a setup fee when Annual does not?

The $500 setup is a one-time charge when you start on Monthly, and it is paid once, never again. On Annual you pay $1,290 for the year up front, the build is part of that payment, and there is no setup fee at all.

How does the 3-month minimum work?

When you choose Monthly, you agree to the first 3 months. After that the plan runs month to month. Counting the setup, the smallest total you can pay on Monthly is $887, which is the setup plus 3 monthly payments.

What does one hour of maintenance a month actually cover?

The everyday changes a local business needs: new opening hours, a different phone number, fresh photos, rewording a service, plus keeping the site itself running and current. Anything bigger than that, such as a new section or an extra page, we talk through with you first, so there are no surprises.

What is the managed plan, and why is there no price?

It is an upgrade you can add on top of either plan when you want us doing growth work every month: new blog articles on your site, SEO so more local searchers find you, AEO, which shapes your pages so answer engines can name and quote your business, and a lead-capture widget in the corner of your site. The right amount of work depends on your business and your market, so we price it with you on a call. How the managed plan works.

Is there anything the plan price leaves out?

Everything the website itself needs is in the price on both plans: the build, hosting, your domain, SSL, a business email address, the lead form and portal, two rounds of edits before launch and one hour of maintenance every month. Growth work such as blogs and SEO belongs to the managed plan. If you ask for something outside all of that, we tell you before any work starts.

Will I get a separate bill for hosting or my domain?

No. Hosting, your domain name and the SSL certificate are part of the plan price, on Annual and on Monthly alike, so there is nothing extra to renew or pay for elsewhere.

Can I move from Monthly to Annual later on?

Ask us. If paying for the year would suit you better further down the line, say so and we will talk it through with you. We would rather you were on the plan that fits.

Ready when you are

Tell us which plan, and we take it from there.

The form asks which way you would rather pay, and “not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer. It also asks whether the managed plan interests you. Send it and we will set up a short call about your business.
