Your website, hosted and looked after every month.

Hosting, your domain, SSL and business email on your domain come with every plan. So does one hour of maintenance each month, so the hours, the photos and the small edits keep up with your business.

What hosting includes

Four things your site needs. All included.

A place to live, an address, a secure connection and an email to match. Every plan covers all four, and we handle each one for you.

Hosting

Your site lives on hosting we look after. Keeping it live is our job, not yours.

Your domain

The address customers type in, and the one on your truck. Already own one? Say so on the call and we will talk through pointing it at the new site.

SSL, the padlock

Your site loads over a secure connection, so visitors see the lock in the address bar instead of a "not secure" label.

Email on your domain

A business email address on your own domain, so the address on your card matches your website.

What monthly maintenance covers

One hour every month, for the small changes.

Hours move, phones change, photos get old. Both plans include one hour of maintenance each month, so the site keeps up with the business.

Hours and phone changes

Winter hours, a holiday closing, a second line for the office. Tell us, and the site says what you say.

Photo updates

Finished a job you are proud of? Send the picture from your phone and we will put it where it belongs.

Copy edits

A new item on your services list, one you dropped, a sentence that reads wrong. We rewrite it so the site stays true to what you do.

Small changes

A new button, a reordered list, a seasonal note on the homepage. The kind of job that fits inside the hour.

Kept live and current

We keep the site running and up to date, month after month, so it never quietly goes stale.

Bigger than an hour?

A brand-new page or a fresh look for a whole section is a bigger job. We talk it through with you first, so nothing starts without your say.

How to request an update

One message. We handle it.

No ticket to open. Tell us what should change, in your own words, and a real person on our team takes it from there.

  1. 01

    Tell us what changed

New hours, a new photo, a line that is out of date. One message, as short as you like.

  2. 02

    We make the edit

Someone on the team updates the page. You do not log into anything.

  3. 03

    Check it on your phone

Open the site on your phone and see it exactly as your customers will.

In plain terms

Where the hour stops, and what happens if you ever move on.

The step up: the managed plan

Maintenance keeps the site correct and current. To keep it growing, the managed plan sits on top of either plan: new blog articles every month, SEO, AEO and a lead-capture widget in the corner of your site. Priced to your business and your market.

If you ever move on

Your domain is your business's address on the web, and we treat it that way. If you ever decide to move on, we will work with you to transfer the domain registered for your site.

Maintenance questions

Questions about the monthly care.

What fits in the monthly hour?

The everyday upkeep: changing your hours or phone number, adding or swapping a photo, rewriting a paragraph, fixing a typo, a small change to a page. Both plans come with one hour of maintenance every month for exactly that kind of work. Anything bigger, like a brand-new page or a redesign, we talk through with you first, before anything starts.

How do I ask for a change?

Send us one message that says what should change. A photo straight from your phone is fine, and so is a two-line note about new hours. You do not have to say where on the page it lives. We built the site, so we know.

Do I have to log into the site to make changes?

No. You never touch the site itself; our team makes every change for you. The login you do get is for your private lead portal, where you can see every lead the site has ever taken.

Is the maintenance hour included in both plans?

Yes. The Annual and Monthly plans come with the same site and the same one hour every month; only the way you pay differs. Annual is one payment of $1,290 for the year, with no setup fee. Monthly is $129 a month after a one-time $500 setup, for at least 3 months, then month to month. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

What if I want the site to do more than stay current?

That is what the managed plan is for. It sits on top of either plan and covers the growth work each month: new blog articles, SEO, AEO and a lead-capture widget in the corner of your site. It is priced to your business and your market, so ask us.

You run the business. We look after the site.
