Exactly what happens, start to finish.
Five steps take you from a short call to a live site on your domain, and then the monthly care begins. Here is each one in full, including what we will ask of you.
Five steps, then we look after it.
A short call, we build the whole site, you click through a private preview, two rounds of edits, and it goes live. No long forms and nothing to learn.
Things you will not have to do
- Write the text for your pages. We write it from your call and your Google reviews.
- Buy hosting, a domain or an SSL certificate. All three are included with both plans.
- Learn any software. Send us a message and we make the change.
- Chase anyone for small updates. One hour of maintenance a month is part of both plans.
- Wait months for a first look. You get a preview in days, not months.
Every step, in full.
One card per step: what happens, what we need from you, and what you walk away with. The last card is what happens every month once you are live.

1
Onboarding call
It starts with a short call, not a questionnaire. We talk through what you do, the towns you want customers from, and how you want leads to reach you, and we look at your reviews and photos together.
What to have ready
- The services you offer, in your own words
- The towns and neighborhoods you serve
- Photos straight off your phone: your work, your team, your shop or your trucks
- Your Google reviews, if you have them
- Your logo, if you have one
- The email inbox that should receive your leads
When this step is done: we have everything we need to start building, and you have nothing left to prepare.
-
2
We build it
This is our part. We build the whole site: a homepage, a page for each major service, about and contact pages, pages for the towns you serve where they earn their place, privacy and thank-you pages, and the lead form wired to the inbox you named. We write the words from your call and your reviews, so the site sounds like you. Your own photos go in at the right size, because real photos of real work always beat stock images.
What we need from you
- Nothing. If a question comes up while we build, we get in touch.
When this step is done: a finished website is waiting for you on a private link.
-
3
You get a preview
We send you a private link. Nothing is public and nothing is on your domain yet; only someone with the link can see it. It is the finished site, every page of it, so what you see is what your customers will see.
What we need from you
- Open it on your phone first; that is where most of your customers will meet your business.
- Then on a computer, clicking through every page and every button.
- Write down anything you want changed, big or small, as you go.
When this step is done: you know exactly what you are getting, and you have your first list of changes.
-
4
Two rounds of edits
Tell us what to change and we change it. Two rounds are included before launch. A round is one message with everything you noticed: a wrong phone number, a photo you would rather swap, a sentence that does not sound like you, a service we left out. We work through the list, send the link back, and you look again.
What we need from you
- One message per round with everything in it, rather than a note today and another tomorrow. One list keeps a round quick and makes sure nothing slips through.
When this step is done: you have approved a site you have seen on your own phone.
-
5
It goes live
The site goes live on your domain with SSL, which is the padlock in the address bar. Before we call it launched, we send a test lead through the form to make sure it lands in your inbox, and we check tap-to-call on a real phone.
What we need from you
- If you already own a domain, a little help pointing it at the new site. We walk you through it.
- If you do not, nothing. Your domain is included and we set it up.
When this step is done: a live website, a lead form you have watched work, and a business email address on your domain.
-
Then, every month after launch
The site does not get handed over and forgotten. Both plans include one hour of maintenance every month, and we keep the hosting, the domain and SSL running in the background.
What that hour is for
- New hours for a holiday or a new season
- A changed phone number or email address
- Fresh photos of recent work, and copy edits
- Small changes, like adding a service you now offer
Anything bigger than that, we talk through with you first. If you want the site to keep growing, with new blog articles every month and work on how you show up in search, that is what the managed plan is for, priced to your business and market.
Your preview is the finished site.
Not a sketch and not a mock-up: the preview is your complete website, with your pages, your photos and your reviews in place, on a private link. If you have a website today, nothing changes on your domain until you have seen the preview and finished your edits.

Questions about the process.
How long does the whole thing take?
You get a preview in days, not months. After that the pace mostly follows you: the sooner each round of edits comes back, the sooner the site goes live on your domain.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We write every page from the onboarding call and your Google reviews, and you read all of it in the preview before anything goes live. If you already have text you like, send it along and we will use it as a starting point.
What if I have no photos?
Photos taken on your phone are all we need; a handful of your work, your team or your location goes a long way. If you have none at all, we start the build anyway and add your photos as you take them, which is the kind of small update your monthly maintenance time is for.
Can I change things after the site is live?
Yes. Both plans include one hour of maintenance every month for things like new hours, a different phone number, fresh photos and copy edits. Send the change in a message and we take it from there. Anything bigger than that, we talk through with you first. What maintenance covers.
What does it cost to get started?
The Annual plan is $1,290 for the year and has no setup fee. The Monthly plan starts with a one-time $500 setup, then $129 a month, with a 3-month minimum before it goes month to month. Compare the plans.
I already own a domain. What happens to it?
It stays yours. In most cases we simply point your existing domain at the new site on launch day, so your web address stays the same for your customers. We go over the details with you on the onboarding call.
Step one is a short call.
Tell us a little about your business, and we reply within one business day to set it up.
